Terrible attitude and service！
Bought an Odyssey a month ago. Found problems，among which the gliding door and the seat adjustment were intolerable，within a week. Reported immediately. Waited until a week ago to have the problems taken care of. Only was told they wouldn‘t deal with neither of above mentioned problems. Terrible attitude. You could imagine we deserve better than this in choosing a 4s shop！
The person who help me was really helpful. He ask all the questions and show me around the car. Didn't leave no question unanswered. Good sales man. So far I think I am baying my car there. I recommend the dealership.
I buy an Accord 2016 model they assure me for everything even i pay for paint and rust job and after that i saw some dots on the hood but it was not there on first day, i call so many times they just refuse to fix it. I strictly recommend to not buy an car from here. They promise you on first hand and after they refuse thats the service they are providing.
Employees are not very welcoming or knowledgeable. I am editing my review as the sales department, especially Louise, are very personable and helpful.
