Dishonest people that do not care about their business at all. I went to check out their Honda CRV 2007 and the experience was horrible. Firstly, made an appointment. Arrived on time, ended up waiting almost an hour just for a salesman to arrive. Now onto the problems with the car: check engine light is on. The response of the salesman? He isn't aware of it since "it's my boss's car". WHAT? You're a "car salesman" your job is to know about the cars you're selling on your lot. Also, I wanted to take the car out for a test drive and was told that wasn't possible. Why? Plates not available. How is this even possible? You're a car dealership, how do you not have dealership plates? Anyhow, there were more problems with their Honda CRV. For instance, the windows malfunction (back window doesn't even go down). Also, the rear hatch doesn't even stay up, you have to hold the hatch up as it just starts falling down if you're not holding it. Salesman says this is based on a faulty piston. Understandable. However, there are way too many issues that the dealer as a whole never describes. I probably could've found more problem but I decided I was done inspecting the car. You then wonder why the ad for the same car was up for over 3 weeks. Given its price, you'd expect the car to be sold ASAP. It's because this dealership is built on deception. My suggestion to the dealership? Explain the faults with your car to your prospective buyers. Don't let obvious issues go unaddressed. Also, as I've made several inquiries with the dealer on several platforms (kijiji autos, facebook, etc.) they've managed to mess up their messaging system. Every few hours I get a message saying how cars over $1600 are under a year warranty. I UNDERSTAND, either fix the bot (it's obviously a bot) or remove it altogether. This makes it all the more desperate. I truly felt like my time was wasted and am glad I caught the issues right away. This is one less customer you get to sell a lemon car to. The carfax shows there's been 5 owners. 5th owner was registered almost a month ago. So much for being "the boss's car". Also, the carfax shows 2 accidents related to the vehicle. This was also not disclosed at all. Once again deceptive tactics.
