Friendly and customer centric dealership and especially Zack, it’s our second car from Nissan Gabriel PAT, the transaction for the second car was made 100% online and the car was delivered to our door in Ottawa as promised. Sure we will come back again. I recommend this place.
Very bad experience with Zack
Hes the director of sales..i dont know how to be honest cause he cant give a proper customer service.
He talked really bad to my wife and his behaviour was always out of context.
Really dissappointed because i was a client of Hyundai Gabriel Anjou...but this Nissan Gabriel P.A.T really deceiving
Update:They left the winter tires on when they were supposed to change it.
I called them,the guy who answered me was very unprofessional and he literally hung me up.

Just bought a used vehicle from them. Very nice staff and seems more trust worthy than other dealers. They do their body work at Mr. Muffler which makes you feel like you can trust the work that is done. Hard to negotiate on the price since their prices are lower than others but I still managed to get 8 new tires on the car. Would recommend !
