As a client, I check the rating before I decided. I don’t why there are so many bad reviews on this garage? Well, it depends on each situation that they went there. I noticed that most of the rate was about years ago. I went there this evening (2th December 2020), personally, it is not bad at all. The place is very clean and beautiful. The waiting room is clean and they organized well for the distancing as we are in the Covid situation right now. There are free Wifi, I can working with my laptop while I’m waiting for my car. One thing that missing is there is on plus in for my laptop lol.
The receptionist is nice and polite, he tells me exactly how long I have to wait until my car done.
I did not receive a good service
One of the supervisor was very rude.
Would not recommend.
I went to the garage houle Toyota and I was amazed with their kindness,respect..and I bought a Toyota Corolla LE.very good car the same day .very nice people there and thank you for everything....
Great service and safe for employees and customers.
It is car dealer. They have new cars and also used one too. It is one of the Toyota dealers in Montreal and the Only Houle branch.
They are nice people.
