Took my car in to get winter tires on and a checkup and was offered a shuttle service to wherever I wanted to go. I declined the service and stayed there. The showroom and bathroom were spotless and all staff were wearing masks. My car was returned to me in a reasonable time, they also replaced a sensor that was on recall, and it was sparkling clean!!

August 25, 2020, I purchased a used (2018) vehicle from Breton Toyota. I was amazed by how well, I was treated!
All staff that I encountered were extremely, helpful, and friendly! Traditional customer service appears to mean something within this organization.
I highly recommend Breton Toyota, as a client centered dealership!
Service manager, Bruce, is the rudest employee there hands down. Bought a "certified" used vehiclle and am more than displeased.
Front Staff were unhelpful, short in their responses and passed the issue back and forth across departments with noone even attempting to work out a deal.
I'll be taking me and my family's business ANYWHERE but here
