I am so happy with Northside Mitsubishi! Their service department is top notch! They are always friendly, respectful, and polite, they go out of their way to make sure any concerns I have about my car are checked out and resolved without issue. My car is always washed once they are done servicing it, which is a nice touch! Thanks to all the staff at Northside Mitsu, and keep up the great work!!

My first time buying at a dealership and Kyle was great getting me a good price! Would definitely recommend him! I’ve found in the past most dealerships try to take advantage that i’m a young female having little knowledge of cars but I did not get that from Kyle and my car has been great! Malcolm from finance was also great and not pushy for things I didn’t want

I had a fantastic experience at North Side Mitsubishi. After a very long and tiring process of having bad experiences at other dealerships looking for the right vehicle, I had a very quick and simple experience here. Ivan is a genuine, to-the-point salesman and would highly recommend him. Lowered the price dramatically after I mentioned it was a little bit more pricey than other things I've been looking at. Kevin the finance manager was very helpful too. I love the vehicle I purchased, its been less than a month and the low pressure tire light has gone on but otherwise she runs great with no issues. A wonderful team overall.

It is my third time to buy a car from Northside Mitsubishi. Kyle, the salesperson, he is a very nice, patient person. He took me through various vehicle options, answered lots of questions. I interested in Mitsubishi as they provide a great services. I recommend Northside Mitsubishi to anyone. Dane, the Sale Manager, he gave me a great deal as a Loyalty customer. Thanks again Dane. He is the best Sale Manager. Also, thanks again Kyle, and he is the awesome Salesperson.
