Don’t go here, went last year to get my egr valve replaced, they replaced it with an after market valve (was not informed it was aftermarket and was still charged full price) which needed to be replaced less than a year later, nor did they clean out the lines to the valve that had years of built up carbon. While replacing the valve they decided to not put my fuel injector back in properly/at all which resulted in gas spitting and leaking all over the engine bay throughout a 4-5 hour drive.

These guys stayed open for me when I walked in on them leaving on a Saturday after they had closed. I didnt realize they had closed but they still chose to do business with me. I only needed a small part, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Recently had my daughters Suzuki in for a noise at a local tire shop and got a fairly large quote from them brought it here for a second opinion and Westend Suzuki saved me about $1800 and did all the work that was necessary felt very comfortable with them very honest reliable and everything was fixed properly the first time. Definitely recommend them.

Fraud. I would to go to dealerships when I had Honda’s and Toyota’s since in my experience dealerships care more about their product. This place was way overpriced for horrible service. Their « shuttle » is also a scam. Would not suggest to anyone for service or to buy a luxury Vehicle. I got scammed - hopefully others learn from my mistake. Would give negative stars if I could.
