I’m late to post this review. I bought my car here a few years ago, realized a year later that I had been ripped off. I’m posting this review here now to warn others to be careful. The customer service was wonderful, watch out for the financing aspect. I was in a hurry to purchase a car and didn’t know enough to catch the red flags. I purchased the car for $10,000 and am actually paying over $22,000 when all is said and done. There were a lot of added on charges, and they’d tacked on a super high interest rate for the loan. I was also told because of the year of the model I would have to lease to own, so I’m stuck with these payments. A little over a year ago someone from this dealership called me and told me they went over my account and couldn’t figure out why they set me at such a high interest rate, my credit rating was great. He said someone must’ve screwed up. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to trade in for a newer car he could get me a better deal. I have no interest in signing up to get screwed over again. Just going to pay off the 10 year old car that I bought at nearly the cost of new. Just be careful. Pay attention to the paperwork.

I purchased a Kia Soul a couple weeks ago, and had a fantastic experience with Dan in sales. He went over about 15 vehicles with me before finding my take home, and worked with the budget I gave him. Finance was precise and to the point, explaining things in detail with me. I did unfortunately have a start up issue with the vehicle, but Billy in parts help me out right away and got me in. Overall, I have been to about 5 dealerships before finding Go Auto West and I’ll never go anywhere else.
