Poor service very poor. I went last Friday and I had really good service Mr Cho went out of his way to help me. I had some questions and I had to go unfortunately Mr Cho was off today and the woman that assisted me me refused to do so until I removed my mask? I did but has not knowledge and could not unswerving my questions. I think is all about commission. I do not know her name she refused to give me a business card. Bad, bad experience.

Service is good staff is friendly parking can be challenging. But I got to Cooperators on Lonsdale in North Van now. Ask for Andrew 👍🌞😎

Had a great experience renewing my auto insurance. My agent was helpful, knowledgeable & fast! I live in Lynn Valley, so nice to know good help is close to home. :)

Complete joke of an insurance agency... called for a quote and was told that I had to email personal information plus it was a huge deal to do and ohh my please call somebody else... Well atleast there are lots of agents to choose from... LOL
