Unfortunately I had fallen ill and couldn’t physically go to the agency to change my insurance. But one of the agents (Farah) did all the work through email and was able to get it done without me having to go there. It was very prompt and professional, I highly recommend this business!

One of the worst experience we ever had. We came here for the good review but they are really unprofessional. We imported our car from US and they wanted us to pay 1600$ tax on top of the tax we paid at the border, we walked out knowing we don't need to pay this money (we later called the border service and confirmed we don't need to pay extra tax). Completely waste of time. If the border officer didn't tell us we don't need to pay extra tax when we crossed the border, we would have wasted 1600$.
