There comes a time in everyone's life when they need home insurance. As dealing with any customer driven business, you can be exposed to a whole gamut of representatives. Few of which have your best interests at heart and take pride and excel at what they do. I can whole heartedly tell you, Spencer at Fawcett Insurance is one such person. Spencer came in clutch when my insurance fell through *the day of closing*! While I don't recommend approaching any broker with such a difficult deadline, Spencer was more than willing to try everything he could to make it happen. Thankfully we were able to bind and close on my purchase. My entire home purchase was riddled with hurdles, mishaps and pitfalls. But the silver lining is I'm a new home owner and I found an amazing insurance broker through it all.

Very snobbish staff. Very unfriendly and very discriminating. They'll make you feel that either they don't like their job or they don't like serving you. Always regrets to go to this icbc kiosk.
