Had a great experience at the Lonsdale branch. The officers here are extremely helpful, especially Jack and Kim Hoggarth

I find that there is a problem with the management there. A few times I've been in I witnessed managers yelling at staff in front of customers. Quite unprofessional and I can only imagine why there has been so much turnover and long wait times due to staffing issues. No one wants to work in a toxic environment and customers don't want to suffer the consequences. I'm not sure how it is like now as I stopped going to that location a while ago but where I am banking now is much better so I thought I would leave a review to help change the abusive behavior that has inconvenienced me and many other customers. I believe it was Laura and kat who were the unprofessional ones and the jamaican lady was a bit frustrating to deal with as well.

Very easy bank. Two ATMs, 5-6 wickets and a few offices if you have something more involved to do. For day to day stuff, it's just perfect.
