Excellent service at this bcaa location. We’ve always had an easy time getting booked in and getting the help that we need and always have felt like they’re trying to get us the best option possible.

Do NOT rely on BCAA for roadside assistance. Last night I called at 6:30 pm to help with a flat tire. I was told it would be a 1 hour and 20 minute wait, but they did not show up, After calling back several times, including being placed on hold for more than 25 minutes. Was told they are coming. The service truck came after midnight. Totally unacceptable. What's the point of years of membership payments, only to be let down when they are needed.

Hours are inconvenient. Wanted to renew car insurance but was closed. Wanted to inquire about home insurance, but was closed.

Very friendly and professional people are there. Defenetly recommend this place
