Kinda disappointed in the service provided when I asked for maintenance and if any parts should be replace so it run smoothly but all they did was pump air in the tires (cost $78 for air) without checking to see if my gear shift was working properly which was not, and to my dismay they did not check (still not working properly) so I will never go there again or tell my friends to not go there to expect anything. To me they don't seem to care about giving proper service and it's not about the cost, it's about making all parts work properly.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. The gentleman / mechanic was able to diagnosis the problem with my bike and fix it in 15 minutes. Will definitely come again.

Brought our random bike in for full service and got it back in the same day for minimal charge . We were very happy with their fast friendly service.

Before visiting this shop, I had a feeling that I need to replace quite a few parts based on the issues I've had with my bike. The mechanic at the Edmonds Cycle inspected it and concluded that I'm still good with most of the parts I was going to replace and helped me save some money. He fixed everything in a matter of hours, checked other things, pumped tires, and gave me maintenance advice I didn't know. And you can tell that this guy cares about bicycles. I'm good to start commuting again and glad that I have such a bike shop in my neighborhood.

Experienced genuine kindness by the staff after getting a flat in the middle of nowhere. It's not near where I live but I'll absolutely be returning.
