I was looking for a hitch for my new car. They gave me a competitive quote and booked me in for an appointment after 3 days. Then they sent a message to say the parts was probably not going to arrive on time. They've cancelled my appointment the day before. I've asked when we could book again. First time they told me the parts should arrive 1 or 2 day late then they went mute. I've asked a second time and the answer was basically they had no idea when they could get the part. I called Burnaby Hitch. They booked me in for the next day, they did install the hitch with no issues and in the end the price was cheaper than Rack Attack. 2 starts are just because they were very nice replaying my messages.

We purchased an E-bike rack that didn't work out and when we returned to the store they went over the top to find out if we could make the rack work, and when they couldn't find a solution they gladly exchanged the rack for one that does work perfectly for our E-Bikes. The staff was very professional and friendly and we highly recommend this store to anyone needing E-bike racks!!

I was pleased with my purchase over the phone, I had a great guy named Avery who answered all my questions and gave me prompt and professional service. My roof racks were shipped to my workplace at a reasonable price very quickly which saved me a lot of driving which I appreciated. Thanks very much to the guys at the Rack Attack shop in Coquitlam, you got me set up with exactly the product that I wanted, shipped to me and in my hands before the local shop in my home town even got back to me on the phone.
