Jubilee Cycle

Been dealing with jubilee cycle for over 10yrs. Bought 5 bikes from them. Excellent service everytime i go there. Prices are reasonable and good selection of bikes. Been to many bike shops but this one is the best . Neil, Sullivan and Keefer are great. I only deal with Jubilee now cause they know their stuff and are honest. If your looking for a bike shop. Give these guys a go. You will be happy you did.

I bought my first bike here in 2005 and I've been a regular customer since. I find staff knowledgeable and professional and repairs are done quickly and correctly. They carry good brands which allows them to offer a mix of bicycle types at a range of prices. While this is a full service shop their selection of glasses, shoes and clothing is small. Its also not the place to get a fitting using a fancy system. This is the place to come to buy a bike, bike parts and accessories like helmets, lights and locks. I feel their prices are fair for a brick and mortar shop and they are the first place I go to buy a standard component for my bike. Their selection of parts does sit firmly in the modern standards so if you want a 26.0 clamp stem or handlebar you best look elsewhere.

Friendly, knowledgeable, ok selection, good prices. Very attentive to details. The shop can get busy because this place has earned customer loyalty by delivering great value.

Good and bad. Wish I had the name of the sales rep who helped me with a bike purchase as he was very patient with me as a new rider. I also had the support of my husband who is an experienced rider. During COVID, understandable stores are busy and Jubilee allows for walk ups without having to make an appointment so customers wait their turn lined up outside. While we were looking at bikes that would be a good fit for me based on my goals, budget and value, the person I believe to be the owner rudely hurried my husband out the door. When I mean rude, the stiff body language and annoyed glaring look said it all. If there was an issue, wouldn't the person serving us said something instead? If it were not for the lack of inventory available at all bike shops, I would have rather purchased my bike elsewhere but Jubilee had the bike I wanted in store and in my size. As for the person who assisted me with my purchase, he was friendly, patient, answered all my newbie questions and was full of good advice for a new rider. Had a much better experience at Trek. Just too bad they wouldn't have stock of the bike I wanted for several months. Will go elsewhere to buy accessories and for servicing. I did have to bring the bike back the next day as something about it didn't seem right and instead of being genuinely concerned, the same rude guy gave me a terse response. Not thoroughly convinced of the explanation I was given as I didn't want to be a new rider being bullied into accepting whatever answer, I asked someone else in the shop who was WAY more helpful and was willing to answer my newbie questions. Will go elsewhere for parts and servicing. Somewhere that doesn't give you attitude for not being a seasoned and knowledgeable rider.

Terrible wouldn't shop here again! Came here for a chain for my dirt jump bike and the g Old guy on the phone was just snotty. When I brought the chain inside the nice young man helped me and asked if it was a bmx chain I said no it's the dirt jump bike chain or w. E And the old man comes out from the back and laughs an says oh look its a bmx chain. Like okay goof. I wouldn't support a shop with this kinda of customer service. Terrible bike shop!
