Amazing store! Had great service but did have quite a long line due to the pandemic. The store was kept very clean and was very well organized. Overall amazing experience and staff was very friendly.

Really happy with the service provided. The people are super friendly and accommodating. Got a lot of good advice on a few things I needed to purchase. Left my bike for the shop and it came out looking like a new one. Will come back many times for sure!

The Trek FX3 hybrid bike that I've had from Trek for 3 years now I absolutely love and probably one of the best hybrids there is out there. Shayne, Kyle, Brian and the others are awesome. They're all bike enthusiasts, as most (hopefully) are at bike shops. After I moved from Burnaby, I ended up coming all the way back here as lots of busy bike shops in Vancouver are chronically understaffed and outnumbered by customers, where they make you feel like they have no time for you, and are just a number to them. Although lots of people think that going to your car dealership is overpriced, they are, after all, the ones manufacturing and servicing your brand of car. Even if this shop is busy with too many customers, thankfully its service that isn't rushed, and where you don't feel like you're just another number to them.

Although the bike I was interested in was not in stock and I decided to purchase elsewhere because of the long wait time, I received great service from Brian T. I had never purchased a Trek before and he was knowledgeable in their products, listened to my needs, and was very helpful in helping me select a bike. The demo bikes I rode were meticulously set up by Brian so I could have the best experience. Clean shop, good COVID-19 procedures and all staff were friendly.
