Awesome customer service and lovely bikes! I first purchased the commander, and was very happy with the bike and the customer service, came back and upgraded to the predator! Very satisfied! I also upgraded to a Lithion battery (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) and now she's the perfect commuter! Thank you again, the customer service provided is outstanding, and the reason I refer you guys!
