Super good experience! I went to the store to get my snowboarding equipments. As a newbie to the sport, I’m not even sure where to get started. Jakob was the one who helped me! He patiently provide information and help me figure out right size of my boots and gave me additional information about a beginner’s board. I have finally got all I want with his very professional helps! had a great time there! Liked!

I will keep this short and sweet . Not sure if this company has changed their business model but there a lot more options out there : 1. Very limited and expensive product offerings . 2. All their older models (even a few months old ) only available only which doesn’t show as the sales rep say “3-5 days” 3. As a customer I have more knowledge on products than their floor sales people . 4. Staff is helpful if you can get a hold of one . 5. Looks on their website for better priced products .

An employee who had just finished work overheard me asking about the location of foam rollers, and he took the time to show me where they were located. Daisy was very helpful with an exchange. Excellent customer service.

Terrible experience. I got the shoes that I like from Nike for $129 but at the sport Check was $250. Even tho I show them the online price but they didn’t price match. Highly recommend to check the online price first and then shop at this location, however if you check the prices online you won’t deal with this terrible customer service at this location.
