Steven has always been incredibly fast in responding and making sure he’s gotten my packages sent out. Always courteous, patient, and helpful when putting together parts lists and pricing. All in all, great staff, great prices, and fast shipping!

I have dealt with Rising Sun 3 times now and each time I have been very happy with the transaction. They have had the parts I needed for my van in stock, they always get them shipped the same day and they are always of good quality. When I had some returns and cores to send back they were processed promptly. I highly recommend!

Have dealt with Steven on multiple occasions while sourcing parts for my 6G72 Delica. He had the parts that the other two didn't and was cheaper priced. I am out in Saskatchewan so sometimes it can be a hassle to source parts for a Delica because nobody local has knowledge on them. Steven was a breeze to deal with over the phone. On a couple occasions I had placed orders late in the day, around 4PM, and he still had them shipped out that day.

Dealt with them several times, and had good experience until now as a shop. This is why I tell people not to buy this import junk. Have one with an AC line with a hole in it, so trying to get used lines as new was unavailable. they sent me diagrams and I gave them the part numbers needed. only to get pictures back asking which one do I need, first one showed up right but wrong, as the one on this Delica is 1 piece, but everything about it is right up to the connection on the new one. So said I need the other half of this line, again a pictures, is this right, well you tell me, it will have to be as I gave them the part number. So it shows up and I dont know what vehicle it came off of but it sure wasnt the other half of the line I needed, now its no refunds on used parts, cause they cant catalog their inventory properly.

I have been buying parts from RS for over 7-years now, and time-after-time I have always been pleased with the quality of parts, and speed of shipping. My last transaction (injector pump rebuild) was a serious matter and I am simply floored at how quickly the job was done for such a low price. Now add the fact that Steven has always been more than willing to share information and provide me with white papers (diagrams, instructions etc) ... for free!! Every Delica owner I know (in Edmonton) I refer to RS.
