UPDATE: I bought my car from them four months ago and had a good experience, but as soon as I started having trouble with my new car (within the warranty period), they would not answer my calls or emails. They just disappeared. I couldn't drive over there because my car couldn't make it. I had to go to a different mechanic. Many hundreds of dollars later, I still have a problem. They are dishonest and deceitful. Don't trust them!!

These guys are searching cars on Craigslist and low ball the owners to get the cars cheap and sell it to you. Make sure you don’t buy anything here, you never what you get. They emailed me many times on my car calling me names just because I did not want to sell the car at their price Think before you go in this kind of dealerships to buy something...

Bad experience,Terrible experience....don't go there they dont even bother to change oil....hide lot of things while selling.2.You dont even identify me... i am not one with discount and spray paint... Crv honda 2000 .....no engine oil no coolant oil in.... this is what happen when you sell things blindly.u dont rember things.... No discount was given.And this is basic duty of dealer to do oil changes.And you already replied about your quality ...with getting satisfied with only one star...

Very positive experience! Bought a beautiful low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe at Prime Auto 2 months ago. No problems whatsoever with the vehicle. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back again when we need another vehicle.
