OpenRoad Honda

this review is very long overdue! just want to share my experience at Open Road Honda and how grateful I am for the time and patience Leo Lou had with me as I purchased my very first car! so happy with everything my beautiful civic has to offer me. I would highly recommend going to see Leo Lou, he really makes you feel important and not just another $ added to his pay. i visited another Honda (Destination Honda Burnaby) and i really felt like i was just another $ added to the sales men pay. they took forever to help me out and was very rushed and not given much information. where as Leo Lou really cared about taking the time to explain to me why the civic would be a great fit for me and answered all of my questions. Leo. L really went above and beyond. I also got my brother in-law to buy his first new car with Leo. Lou, and the service he provided him as the same as we got! 10/10 Leo Lou! thank you again for everything !! :)

My first car - Vincent made the process so easy and personable. He was very patient to go over each detail of everything, from paper work to test driving different models. Also to mention friendly staff service and a clean environment. I love my car, thanks Vincent! Will highly recommend to friends and family.

I am so glad that I made the decision to purchase my very first car at this OpenRoad Honda. I’ve already been browsing around for a couple of months and this location was by far the most welcoming and warming dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff (even the reception) was very friendly and prompt, and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into a buy or leave situation. I received friendly advices and helpful insights from June Zhang. The traffic is decent in the summer, so she had a lot of groups coming in to look at cars, because of this, she even followed up on me after I left to ask if I needed anything or have any questions. She was very supportive, always quick to respond throughout the whole buying process, and would e-mail me news about good second-hand car deals whenever she encountered one. I really appreciated the consideration and the patience she had with me. Buying your first car is a very intimate and exciting experience, and I would say that June and this Honda dealership captured the essence of it. Thank you guys so much! :)

I recently moved in to Burnaby BC from Ontario and needed to get a car for commute. I met Leo Chang at OpenRoad Honda and he is really a good guy. He is so helpful and considerate in all the concerns I had. We had a great discussion and reached a deal. I really appreciated his patience and kindness in helping me settle down in Burnaby.
