Sooooooo happy with my purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I knew nothing about ebikes and they took the time to fill me in and let me take one for a test ride in the parking lot. Best purchase I have made.

When my fiancée of two days and I traveled through for Mtn biking and a shuttle advertised ended up not running, the owner personally gave a group of four of us a shuttle ride at 6pm. He shared great stories and details and took his end of day personal time to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. Ten stars.

Gerick Sports Cranbrook was great! I was on a mountain bike trip and needed a part and a repair- otherwise my riding was in jeopardy. The bike repair guy was awesome, as were the staff and owner. Highly recommended if you’re in Cranbrook!
