Stacey, Steve, Jason and the team at Cranbrook Dodge are awesome! They were so helpful in making arrangements for us to get our new Jeep, and exceeded in all expectations of helping make a plan that worked within our set budget. Their flexibility and personal availability to assist and answer questions throughout the purchasing process made for a great customer experience!

My husband and I recently bought a new Jeep from Cranbrook Dodge. The sales manager Steve was very helpful and quick to respond. We found the overall experience quite pleasing. Any problems were fixed right away without argument. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The final presentation of our new Jeep was great! We Definitely recommend Cranbrook Dodge and also recommend speaking with Steve when you go in there!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. If you’re looking to get something repaired by these guys. Look elsewhere. Don’t waste time or money here. Go to Nelson. Much better there.

I would not recommend bringing your Car there for Repairs ! after almost $ 400 , there are still the same issues and I don't feel safe. the Gentleman at the Service Front Desk is great.

The team at Cranbrook dodge were friendly and effecient. My salesmen Ryan made the whole process a smooth experience. Would certainly recommend both Ryan and Cranbrook Dodge.
