Buyer Beware! Workmanship of these homes is deplorable! Manufacturer makes retailer responsible for warranty work but this retailer won't complete the warranty work. This retailer promises a 4-6 week delivery with a 5-6 day set up time. The truth is 4-5 month delivery time and a minimum 2 months before you can move in. Then there are the electrical issues! Our home was deemed unsafe to occupy by the BC Safety Authority. The sewage hookup was completed by the set up crew instead of a certified plumber causing our home to fail inspection, twice. Little to no insulation in wall housing the master shower water lines thus lines froze then the hot water taps froze due to little to no insulation in the flooring. I can go on and on. In my opinion these homes should not be allowed into Canada! The Canadian Border Service Agency has advised that prefabricated houses are not currently federally prohibited from entering Canada and may be imported into Canada with all required documentation including a bill of sale.
