After going through a bit of a service issue on our other truck... Shanna & Ken jumped in full force to see what they could do to make us happy. We ended up upgrading our truck completely and working with them to get everything we wanted in our upgrade which was nothing less than an AMAZING experience from there forward. Shanna was so efficient, easy to talk to and understanding of everything we wanted. She got everything sorted for us quickly with no complaints on our end with anything in the process! Shanna and Ken definitely made us long term customers of Kootenay Chrysler. Thank you guys! Highly recommend checking them out if you need a new ride!!!!

Great experience, I was chatting with Fred for a couple months in my search for a vehicle. He was very professional, kind and patient. He was also very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I was quite picky in the process and changed my choice of vehicle a couple times but he was always willing to search around for what I was looking for and within my budget. I did not actually end up buying a vehicle from him as the exact vehicle i was looking for ended up being at a different dealership but I still appreciate the help and time Fred invested as it helped me see what was out there and get a good idea of the product and the price ranges!

Probably one of the most efficient and pleasant vehicle buying experiences i’ve had. Fred and Sarah were great to deal with! Very friendly and professional. I was very pleased and a little surprised when Fred told me to take the lifted 2020 Ram sport home to hitch up my travel trailer, just to make sure everything would work after I expressed concerns with the lifted truck and my hitch setup. I Would definitely recommend Kootenay Chrysler for an easy buying experience. Thanks Fred and Sarah!
