The staff at Integrity Subaru were nothing short of legendary. Our 2006 forester broke down after a cross country road trip, no mechanics could see me for weeks, fortunately Integrity Subaru made time for us. When it became clear the cost of repair was going to be more than the car was worth, they got me financing for a sweet new 2020 crosstrek, had me in a brand new courtesy car for the few days while financing was sorted, let me turn their dealership into a mobile office (thanks for the great coffee and wifi!) and were overall lovely lovely humans who really helped smooth over a fairly overwhelming situation! Super grateful to all of you and loving my new whip!!! You guys really live up to your name. Thank you!

They installed a 7-pin trailer hook-up on my outback and it looks stream line and works. Unfortunately in the January cold, the bumper cracked when it was being removed for the 7-pin installation. There was an issue with Subaru Canada parts in shipping out the replacement, but when it arrived in July, it was installed at no cost to me. It takes integrity to put your customer first by absorbing the cost of an error. I like the honesty and I'll continue having them service my vehicle.

It was previously 5 stars when it was Summit Subaru! Due to the fact that Summit Subaru is now Integrity Subaru and the excellent customer service is now non existant I had to lower my rating. Should be zero stars!! And they should change the name from Integrity as they have no Integrity!! They refused to warranty my new engine because it was installed by "Summit Subaru" mechanics!! WOW!!!
