Wanted a new pair of Chromag Rift knee pads and this was the only shop to have them. It was hard to get to the store from where I live so they simply popped them in the mail and I had them in less than 2 days. Awesome service, fair price. Knees are happy, I am happy.

Robin helped to find me the perfect bike. I was after a hardtail and we settled on a Chromag Rootdown. He was always patient with my questions and requests. On collection day he spent his whole afternoon getting it set up just right and customising it for me. This was the most welcome I have ever felt in a bike store and Robin was genuinely stoked for me. He has a great team who are also fun and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this store highly enough. Customer service done right. Bravo!

Impressive service top to bottom. I've been looking for a bike recently and there wasn't much inventory anywhere (side effect of pandemic life I'm sure). I went to Coal City last week based on a recommendation from my friend Dan. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me find the right bike. They even fixed my old bike tire and got it running smoothly in no time. Definitely recommend them!

Great little shop . Good service. Reminds me of the bike shop I grew up with. I stopped by for some brake pads on the way to stevie Smith Park. Thought cool little shop. But a hour and a half later my tubeless front tire blew out from a broken belt. Tried putting a tube in it. But the tire had a twist. Went back to see the shop and get a tire. We were running short on time due to i had booked zip lines at mt Washington and would have to leave soon. They took the front wheel in installed the tire sorted the tubeless instalation properly. As the previous owner had not done. Charged me fairly and got me out on time to make our booking. And I am now able to spend the next day down hilling with my son.

Excellent customer service. Took my bike in needing to buy a really specific tool to take my cranks off. They just did it for me and told me not to worry about it. I was in and out in 5 minutes and will definitely be going back. Edit: I went back and the service is still just as good.
