From our initial phone call to the in-person service, we were thrilled with how we were treated. We were trying to track down a Giro Scamp kids bike helmet, which is highly reviewed and nearly impossible to find at the moment. When we arrived, we were given 2 choices, the second (non-Giro) helmet turning out to be better for our young daughter. We experienced patient, knowledgeable and generous service. Much appreciated!

I bought an ebike and they gave me a good deal. I went back and bought an ebike carrier for my bike. The customer service was great. Tristan was knowledgeable and he knew his products well. I will go out of my way to go back there. Thanks Tristan

Brought my bike in to have the de-railer looked at and my bike was given a good once over with a few nice adjustments made. Reasonably priced and customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Really friendly bike shop! And senior-friendly which is more than I can say for some of the other bike shops in Nanaimo. They were also happy to work on our Ebikes too.

This is one of the worst stores in Nanaimo, let alone a bicycle shop. Rude, ignorant condescending punks who just want your money. They look down on you. They don't want to help you, they want your money. If someone has a complaint they refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing, blaming it on the owner and have never taken responsibility for it. Common decency and courtesy like a simple apology or, "hope we can make it right". How do you expect to run a business and expect cystomers to tolerate disrespect? It's never good when so many customers complain about one store. Clue in Good luck
