Mr Hanna’s service was amazing.. I brought my crippled ebike to him thinking that it was a lost cause and wow did he ever do a fantastic job bringing my bike back to life. I live 1.5 hours from his business so it was a bit of a trek to get there but well worth the trip. He has a very friendly demeanour, is extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time in explaining everything. I had my bike back the same day working better than it did when I bought it. If you need anything related to ebikes please see this man and his staff... simply amazing and wonderful to deal with.

I bought my new Surface 604 in May from Rob and Sari. They had patiently helped me with my old Ebike until it became unfixable. I’ve put 1,500 km on my new one and it’s been all fun! Stopped in today with a flat tire and was back on my way in 20 minutes. Top notch service!!
