I was visiting from the North Shore and needed some help with my chainring. The techs were awesome and so helpful. I also picked up some gloves for an awesome price. I've had so many bad experiences with bike shops - from attitude to incompetence - this was a nice change of pace! I wish I was local so I can shop and get my bike serviced there all the time. It will definitely be my go-to LBS when I'm on the island. Thank you - you guys rock!

Constantly get the run around from repair staff. I bought two Giant ebikes from them which needed service and warranty repairs. It took three separate times to have my wife’s bike serviced. They tell you it will be ready Tuesday and Friday its still not done. Bring back the following week and same thing. Over and over again. My bike needs a new controller after the software update they did caused the odometer reading to double. I now have it in for repair for the third time and they haven’t done anything. I cannot recommend that anyone purchase a bike from them. You purchase an expensive brand name bike from a dealer because of the warranty and followup service. Unfortunately these guys will let you down over and over again. Happy to take you money though. Look elsewhere.

Arrowsmith has always been good to us, and great to work with, so when looking for E bikes we headed there. JL was patient, super knowledgeable and great at giving us the advice we needed to understand how the bikes worked and the different options available. After a couple of test rides, he found us exactly what we wanted. Grant too was wonderful to work with and gave us a good price, which we really appreciated, including ordering the proper racks for our truck. Great accessories too. We had a deadline for a camping trip, and presto they had our bikes all ready for us ahead of time! We’ve always loved dealing with Arrowsmith. The staff are always so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and we love our quality new ebikes!!! Thanks again to all the team!

Picked up a Giant Revolt Advanced 2 from the Nanaimo store. Fantastic service from Kayla and their tech who, in addition to tuning my bike, also tuned my wife's bike which we'd just picked up from another store that shall remain nameless. Would definitely recommend!
