Sacha was great to deal with even though we had a different type of brand of bike, he provided us with details on the problem and went beyond taking care of us. Price for the repairs was very reasonable. Great work, great store Sacha.

My girlfriend and I dropped in to Pedego Electric Bikes in Nanaimo desperately looking for help with my bike which had a conversion kit. It had quit working on me in the middle of our biking/camping vacation. Even though I didn't purchase the bike at his store the proprietor was more than willing to the take time out to look at my bike to see what the problem might be. It was a very hot day, but the owner spent quite a long time outside in the sun working hard at checking out my bike. As we waited we noticed that there was a smoothie bar inside the store with a big selection of smoothies on the menu, so both my girlfriend and I had a cool refreshing smoothie while we waited. I also looked at the e-bikes that was displayed inside and I was quite impressed with the variety of different e-bikes and the prices seemed to be quite affordable. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find out what the problem to my bike was, but we were both very grateful for his efforts. And when we asked directions to get to downtown he gave us good directions too.

Four star biased review of something greater then i and i truly uphold the value and comfort of the Pedego Electric Bikes Brand. price point and convenience really set Pedego apart from other dealers who lack the support Cal brings through Pedego Electric Bikes! With nearly all the Pedego bikes between my legs for a review, you really can go wrong, simply put there is an electric bike for everyone at Pedego Electric Bikes Nanaimo!
