OMG , this is the best place ever , no pressure . Ferdie is the best , makes you so comfortable from the driving test right to the delivery. We came over from Chilliwack and were picked up at the ferry on the pick up day. Awesome selection and awesome prices. We drove home in a Santa Fe with the exact colour we wanted. Highly recommend....

Looking to upgrade our 2006 Santa Fe with a newer model, Ferdie in Nanaimo was the guy to go to. Having perused the National Carsales website for inventory, I was blown away at the amount of cars available on the “other” lot that were not advertised. We found the ideal Santa Fe in the colour we wanted and a decent price on our trade. Low miles, in showroom shape and optioned up for an awesome price, compared to most of the other dealership offerings. Omg! Called a few times. All i can say is. Deal with the men at this place. The women seem to have an attitude. I have been put on hold, dropped calls. Emails ignored, by the ladies who work there. But the men are fabulous! They go out of their way to help you. When the day came the i got my vehicle. I found out that my family knows one of the gentlemen who works there! ( even better) 😄
