I typically am not a huge fan of the vehicle purchasing process and kind of find it overwhelming. Buying my truck from Laird Wheaton was the easiest and most transparent experience I have had. They explained everything in simple terms, offered a very fair price, didn't rush me and the entire staff was engaging. Buying a vehicle is obviously a big investment - might as well do it from people that you can trust. Would recommend.

I was recently there to purchase my new Chevy Bolt 2020 and trade 2017 Bolt, it was Black Friday deal. I have to say their service was excellent. Scott provided exceptional service. He gave me all of the information I asked for without being too pushy. He actually stayed late after his working hrs in order to finalize the paperwork and give me the car, and did not rush any of it. They were all straight shooters and very personable, clearly explaining every detail as we went, and never tried to be pushy or up-sell me. The facility itself also felt very clean and naturally lit, and since this is during COVID-19, I will mention that all staff were either wearing masks or had plexiglass barriers on their desks and no-one at any point tried to physically shake hands or make contact.
