Harris Kia

We wanted to write to express our appreciation for our salesman, Marcello, who helped us get into a brand new Kia Rio. One great thing about Marcello is that he can listen. My wife was a great salesman who never looks to make a sale, per ce, but instead listened to the customer, trying to find out what they wanted, and then help them find it. Marcello not only sold us a new car, but he helped us rearrange our financing so that our monthly payments were about the same as we were already carrying, with a new car thrown in to sweeten the deal. Yesterday, mom driving, we see the new pink and white kia soul. Mom says let's take a look. No harm. And you've been saying you like them. Derek meets us outside and after I fall on love with an alien green soul (named yoda), he starts the amazing service. Knowledgable, funny, warm and accommodating. Then christine (finance money guru with no peer better) sits with us for 2 hours and like a wall street trader with a moral compass, doesn't give up until shes covers all options to suit my life and budget. In between, laughing and making me feel taken care of. I'm in love with the car. And so thankful for today's kia experience.

Because of Deb’s down-to-earth, caring approach to selling a used car, I actually enjoyed my recent experience. Usually the process is daunting, leaving me feeling unsure if the deal made was the right one. Deb took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. For the 1st time, Deb made me feel that my satisfaction in finding the right car was more important than making a sale! As a result, I am really pleased with my Rio hatchback. Also, thanks to Cameron for ensuring the negotiations were hassle-free.

After walking into Harris Kia to inquire if the Kia Soul would ever have AWD, which was a no, I was pleasantly converted by salesman Derek Kennedy to considered the new Seltos.
