I had a great experience working with Mo Gendi at Subaru Nanaimo. I felt like he took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and then showed me some great cars. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase once I had seen the cars, instead he encouraged me to check out the other cars on my list at other dealers if that's what I wanted to do. Once I decided to purchase the great service continued. It was my first car and he organized a "reveal" for me when I came to pick it up and spent the time with me to go through all the features of the car and make sure all my questions were answered. Richard Charley was excellent to deal with. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the car so well. I really appreciated his "no" pressure. I just purchased my Subaru forester from Subaru of Nanaimo and can't say enough good things about Richard Charley. He answered my inquiry very promptly and spent alot of time explaining and giving me quotes for different financing options, and spent the time to go through the vehicles that were available. He was very quick with responses, very personable and made everything easy to understand without putting any pressure on me to make decisions. I felt like I was in great hands with Richard, and he went above and beyond with little gestures to make the experience more enjoyable. This dealership has a very friendly vibe, and everyone was very knowledgeable. I was able to get snow tires put on for the winter, and get everything set up exactly how I would want it. First new car buying experience with these guys was as positive as I could imagine; incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Richard (who helped out on his day off) and Jack were great to deal with. Came here from the mainland since they had one of the few WRX's in BC that met my requirements.
