MINI Nanaimo

We recently purchased a new X1 from BMW Nanaimo and were very impressed by the attitude and service received from everyone, but particularly from Ben Thirlwell. There was never any pressure or the "car salesman" tactics usually experience in car dealers. He was professional and respectable, never pushy and very patient with my many questions. He really made us feel like he was trying his best to find exactly what we wanted. Ken made a great effort on the financing side to find the right product for us and even managed to reduce the originally quoted %. We are extremely happy with the car and are looking forward to a long relationship with both the car and the BMW Nanaimo dealership.

He stayed late so we could drive up from Victoria to test drive the car, and again when we came back to pick it up.
