Clean place. But expect a heavy charge for any sort of mechanical service. They charge $150 an hour for anything that isn't a basic tire change, and parts will cost you top dollar. And they definitely prefer to sell you completely new parts rather than repairing old ones. At least the waiting area is nice. *Edit* was told in-location by a clerk that the cost was roughly $150 an hour. Checked my invoice to find that the "rate pay" was closer to $140?? The cost breakdown I was given was for maybe 1.5 hours of work. Miscommunication or no, it is expensive getting work done here. *Edit 2* You get what you pay for I suppose. Parts will be expensive and labour can cost a lot, but for some vehicles, ie smart cars, there's no one else in Nanaimo who seems to know how to deal with them. They often offer a complimentary ride to the mall or whatever if your appointment is going to take a while. I find they always try to get you a new battery for your key fob at every time. At $8 a pop though, it's a bit much if you don't actually need it. Batteries are expensive, yo.

During the last five years we bought a C43 AMG and then an E43 AMG from this dealership and have had two others serviced there. In every case we have been treated as valued customers. All servicing was completed in a timely manner with no problems and the staff always made the experiences as comfortable as possible. We will continue to come here for service and likely for our next purchase.
