Just recently purchased an amazing 2011 Touareg and was so impressed with Nic Doucette for his calm, friendly, professional and never pushy approach. As someone who has worked in customer service for 30 years, I can tell you that people like Nic are not necessarily common. He thought of everything while I was dealing with him and even small details like setting up my phone on Bluetooth that probably would have taken me some time to figure out on my own. I was also impressed with James from finance for taking the time to explain all aspects of warranties in a non pushy professional way. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW or even something different as I went there with the intention of buying a used vehicle that wasn't a Volkswagen. I have personally bought almost 30 cars from Harbourview VW starting in 1990. The quality of service is unequalled. I am ashamed to say that I am completely spoiled. Tomorrow I am picking up a new vehicle from another high end car dealership that I won't name, and the difference in service was very apparent. My treatment was bad, so much so that I was shocked. The "family" atmosphere at Harbourview is what I was accustomed to and I now know that I will only get it at Harbourview. Learn from my mistake. I will never buy elsewhere, and I will never think the grass is greener elsewhere, cause its NOT!
