Our license plates were due to renew. It turns out we can renew it over the phone. The process is super-easy and well thought out. Laura is very helpful and efficient. It was done quickly and we are very impressed!

I phoned various insurance companies in the Nanaimo region requesting information and direction to obtain a binder of insurance. I wasn't having much luck with call backs or assistance required.
