One of the highest costs of insurance I have ever seen for houses , when I moved to them several years ago the beet the previous company, but raised the rates every year as well as the house value above the area normal, they seemed to be using the Vancouver price per sq ft not Nanaimo area , I have several properties and my new insurance agent has beet their quotes by around 25% both policies have the same coverage.
