I recently had my first experience buying insurance for a house we were planning to rent which, compared to buying the insurance for the house we live in, turned out to be a much more complicated thing. I had the good fortune to be shepherded through the process by Hailey Mannynvali and her customer service skills blew the doors off anything I had experienced elsewhere. She was prompt, to say the least, returning my calls and emails quickly. She was obviously empathetic, always understanding when I wasn't catching on to what she was talking about, apologizing for not being clear, and explaining again using different words so I wouldn't fall into the same pitfall again. Her patience with me was seemingly inexhaustible! On top of all this she was friendly and a delight to talk to. I would highly recommend Hailey and Western Coast Insurances Services without reservation.

The staff here are nothing short of amazing. Rarely a long wait, and generally it's quick to take care of matters and be on your way. On my last visit, after clarifying some pricing I had to run and shuffle some accounts. Delayed finishing up, I wasn't back at their door until one minute to close. With the paperwork started earlier I asked, with full expectation of a "sorry, no", if I could quickly sign and pay. I cannot express how gracious I am for them letting me finalize things then and there. Much appreciated!

Because I sent valid info that was not entered in to the system and because I'm out of province right now for work I cannot deal with it by computer or phone or email..in this day and age..very inept
