Waypoint Insurance

Went in for my new car insurance and Sequoia was the lady I dealt with. She was very informative and was able to tell me costs that I was previously told I couldn’t be. Seemed very knowledgeable and got everything set up very quick....I would recommend her insurance services to anyone. Very friendly. :)

I'm a new car owner and my first year of insurance concluded. Being new to Nanaimo, and with no on to look to for advice, I found myself at this location. Twice I went, for information and to renew my car insurance. Both times I felt welcomed, had all my questions answered even when I fumbled for words and patience was shown. I appreciate that I left this place feeling accomplished in my task and positive. Even when a fellow customer was expressing frustration in general towards the insurance system, the staff was patient and understanding, never once showing irritation or frustration with the customers. Thank you for being kind humans working in a frustrating industry.

I was having a really hard time getting hold of someone - anyone - who could help me license my boat trailer. Understandable given the times of course. But my first call to Waypoint I got a real live person - Aly - and a great one at that. Within 30 minutes I was able to get everything I needed to do done on the phone with online assists. It was such a relief - and a great customer service experience to boot. Great job and many thanks, Aly! Seth.

I understand that they are probably overwhelmed at the moment which is understandable, but every single time I've tried call in the past few days it either does not ring and the line just hangs up or if it does FINALLY go through it eventually brings you to a voicemail that is full....🙄🙄
