The online order and pickup in-store option was quick and easy. I was also able to try on my item in-store before walking out and the woman at the cash was really helpful, even checking in on me to make sure the fit was right! Will definitely be coming back again.

Awesome service from an online shop!!! I bought a splitboard and bindings. The bindings unfortunately came with a broken part (screw holes to attach it to the board were not drilled out) no fault of either myself or the shop. They immediately took it back, answered emails quickly and processed the refund upon receiving the product back. They sent a shipping label at their expense. Every good process. Would recommend!

Poor Customer Service, package is lost by Canada Post (not their fault, true) But they don’t want to do anything about it, they only want to go as far as to quote you what the Canada Post Website says. You tell them you’ve read it, but they tell you to go back and tell you to read it again. When you ask them to initiate a trace with Canada Post, they refuse and tell you to wait another week. Two Weeks for an item to go from Quebec to Alberta, then they want you to wait another week and then maybe they’ll start looking for it, maybe...??!! As i told them, 2 weeks to go across the country now, yet they refuse to look into it. Stay Away!

WOW! Purchased a pair of Giro gloves through the online website, I was a bit hesitant as I had never heard of them before. Fast forward a few months later, had an issue with the gloves and after being tossed around different customer service channels I took the issue directly to PRFO and man did they deliver. Jason was unbelievably helpful and patient. If you're shopping online or in their area and cannot suggest going anywhere else. You guys rock!

Bought a MTB on-line this past Saturday at 9am and mount-in right away so I could pickup in the afternoon! Got the best price on their website and got an extra $200 cash back credit for in store purchasing for which they add an extra 10% off! What can I say more!!! Great sports shop with outdoor gears at best deal you can find! And the service is pristine too! Great Canadian shop! Will buy there again for all my next purchases.
