Great service! Bought a bike lock from here. I asked them if they had a quick release for my tire for sale and they gave it to me free of charge! Was amazingly nice of them to do. Thank you so much for everything!

If I could give a -10 star review... I would. I simply had an issue with the part of my bicycle that holds my lock. I asked the guy at the front if I could have an Allen key to tighten it MYSELF (in front of him), since my lock was falling off.... I didn't ask him to fix it, didn’t cut the line... nothing. One simple favor! He looks at me and says "I have no time for this". I was considering getting an e-bike for my father when he comes to visit... now I know where NOT to buy it.

After test driving many bikes, I purchased the Quantum Broadway folding bike. The staff was extremely patient with me while I decided which ebike was best for me. I am unbelievably happy with my purchase. This bike has changed my life, quite literally. I can go anywhere with this bike. The hill on Atwater is no problem at all. I am also so happy with the whole purchasing experience. Besides their patience, I also benefited from their product knowledge & advice. When it comes to ebikes, accessories & repairs I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
