Worst service of all time. Do not recommend that shop! Never seen someone that disrespectful!
Steve is great and will take his time with you. He isn't pushy and won't pressure you to buy parts you don't need. I passed by for the first time because I was in the area but I will be coming here for my bike needs even though the shop is about 12km from where I live.
This bike shop has great customer service and a mechanic who knows his stuff. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I will be going back for years to come.
In my personal experience the service I had recently was EXCELLENT!
Terrible service altogether. Was denied any kind of service before walking in the door for no reason. I then took my bike to Allo Vélo Boutique + Cafe nearby and received excellent and full service on my bike. Would not recommend this bike shop especially since there's better options nearby in the area.
