Décathlon Centre Eaton

Update 12/09/2020: After the owner asked me to contact them, I did. I also sent them the receipt of the bag that I found a couple days after posting this review. Their onlineservice only told me the owner was notified and they would send an email to the mall’s security. Even though it was one of decathlon’s employee that accused me of stealing. Not a security guard from the mall. Oh and obviously the owner never contacted me afterwards. ———— Today August 27th at 5 pm was my third trip to the store and I was accused of stealing something I purchased weeks before. On my first trip i purchased a backpack, a bike helmet and a water bottle. On my second some running clothes. I came back for the third time to purchase warmer running clothes. I came in with my backpack. Got the running clothes and to my surprise on my way out, the door rang. I give them my receipt. The lady at the door ask if I have a receipt for my backpack. I say no as it was purchased a couple weeks ago. Then she says: “we will trust you, THIS time” “L’on va vous faire confiance, CETTE fois-ci” That experience was insulting and disrespectful. Their price isn’t the only thing that sets them appart. It’s also how poorly they treat customers. ———— Edit 1: After sending them an email in regards with this issue, their solution was to blame me for not having a member account and not registering my purchases. Ridiculous.

Usually a pretty good service but I called today to ask about a delivery I had in store. The person I spoke with was really rude, I asked if there was a delay for my delivery to be picked up. She had a condesceding tone and was not nice at all while I tried to be more than polite... Disappointed.

Got my bike fixed at the repair station, amazing work done by Brian. He fixed my brakes changed my shifter and cleaned it till it sparked. And all of that with a smile. Definitely would recommend

Is this store open? I have called for 2 days straight and the calls drop. Even their website doesn't appear to work, tried ordering a product and just won't process the order. Best to go elsewhere.....

I thought “Let’s support our retail stores” - even if Decathlon is admittedly a bigger chain and not your mom and pop store. Checked the availability of the item online and went to the store (45 min metro and bus ride), looking forward to my purchase. But, who thought that the inventory management system in 2020 works fine, will be surprised. Item not available. Comments from two employees “Well, yeah, we have quite some issue with the inventory management” Are you kidding me? Last time I went to this store.
