Just your average bike shop, expensive bikes on the shelves and fresh-minted teens at your service. For competent advice in matters of ergonomics and customizing you may want to look elsewhere. Maybe if the dudes in the workshop had higher wages they would deliver more careful service. As it is, they just botched a simple task. Can’t complain too much tho, since the service was included.

I bought my first high-end bike the other day from Cycle Campus. Line/Wait was long, but that is expected during these times. Unfortunately, the staff accidentally sold the bike I had already purchased the day I had to pick it up. I can understand, working in retail and things can get hectic (especially now). I did not even have to say a word, they rectified the situation by offering an amazing alternative and I did not have to pay the difference. Amazing customer service, they did not have to do that. I am definitely coming back here when needed! :)

Been there for repair on flat tire 2 times this summer. I asked them to inspect it. Less than 24 hours another flat. I am going to take this to another shop

Customer service was pretty terrible. I went to ask some questions about my road bike (because cycling is new to me) and the employee seemed really annoyed. I also went in to get my tires installed, as i asked a few more questions about brakes, the employee told me to get a new bike.. totally unrelated to my inquiries. I was told it would take 30 min for installation and it took 2 days. I have the impression the French older man at the mechanic counter didn’t take me seriously at all, he left me very unsatisfied, with many unanswered questions. When I left the shop I noticed my tire caps were missing. All in all don’t go here unless you already an expert in bikes, or they’ll treat you like an idiot.
