I decided to leave my bicycle for a tuneup after inquiring two other places. I was served by Jordan and so was two of my friends who later used their services after me. He is down to earth and absolutely does not up-sell and gives correct advices. Indeed, he will do unnecessary work or upgrade if you insist as my friend did but he lets you know/suggests what could be a better option. Service was prompt and all of us were satisfied after leaving the shop. I guess the cost was comparable to others but certainly not more expensive.

Excellent service. Took my bike for an odd mechanical wheel replacement on an abnormal bike and received great service.Definitely recommend this shop. Best in the area!

Great guys to deal with. Lemar helped me out with as he was available at the time. I was expecting to drop off my bike but to my surprise they were free and helped me out quickly. Tires / tubes also in stock and great prices too. Really appreciate their top notch customer service!

I found this website by mistake and i am so happy I did! We just purchased two Gazelle bikes and wanted to get accessories and helmets that match the European style of the bike. I phoned the store and talked to Lamar who was super helpful. He followed up on my request and called me back to let me know about the availability of an item. Super nice and friendly guy. Purchased so far 2 Thousand helmets, can't wait to get them. If you appreciate, like me, exceptional friendly customer service for European premium stylish bikes and accessories, this is the place. I wish we had this kind of store in Vancouver.

Excellent service - the staff is very knowledgable, patient and friendly. I purchased a few accessories and they installed them on my bike in the store. They also took the time to notice that some parts on my bike needed to be adjusted and fixed them without hesitation. I have been to a few bike shops in Montreal, but this is the one where I felt most comfortable and welcomed. Would highly recommend - especially for new bike owners.
