Went here to fix a tire. The repairman was incredibly helpful, fixing my tire within 10 minutes and gave tips and tricks on how to prevent puncturing tubes when installing them. Would I recommend this place? Hell yes, they're fast, kind and professional.

Customer service is truly impeccable. By far the best I have had in any shop, let alone in a bike shop. Get all your bike stuff here you won't be disappointed!

Very rude reception basically bullying me out of the shop and accusing me of cutting the line when there was no one in line. I complied, went outside and told the rude that same person that the reception was not very friendly. My comment was ignored. I will never go back.
